Bernard (Bernie) Boudreau from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company effective today. Mr. Boudreau was a Director of the Company since 2006 and the Vice Chairman since 2014. He was also the Chair of the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee.
