The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is currently reviewing the Biologics License Application (BLA) for ImmunityBio’s N-803 plus BCG for the treatment of NMIBC CIS with a Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) date of May 23, 2023.
