Both presentations are from the company’s CORAL program, which is evaluating various self-amplifying mRNA (samRNA) vaccine candidates targeting Spike in addition to other viral genes of SARS-CoV-2. The program aims to serve as proof-of-concept for Gritstone’s infectious disease vaccine approach and the potential application of samRNA against infectious diseases.
