CAMBRIDGE, Mass. / Jun 21, 2023 / Business Wire / AlloVir, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALVR), a late clinical-stage cell therapy company, today announced that it has commenced a proposed underwritten public offering of $75.0 million of shares of its common stock. AlloVir also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the total number of shares of its common stock offered in the public offering. All of the shares in the proposed offering are to be sold by AlloVir. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and BofA Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
The shares are being offered by AlloVir pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement that was previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
