Vancouver, BC - TheNewswire - January 12, 2023 - Izotropic Corporation (“Izotropic” or the “Company”) (CSE:IZO) (OTC:IZOZF) (FSE:1R3), a medical device company commercializing IzoView, a dedicated breast CT (computed tomography) imaging platform, for the more accurate detection and diagnosis of breast cancers, announces that it has created a compensation committee (the “Compensation Committee” or the “Committee”) to review and make recommendations to the Board of Directors on matters of compensation.
The Compensation Committee will assist in evaluating and compensating named executive officers, executive officers, and consultants; assist in identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with compensation policies; and identify and discuss with the Board succession and resource planning risks, including ensuring that executive compensation is adequate to attract, motivate and retain competent executive personnel; and ensure that executive compensation is directly and materially related to operating performance and aligned with the short-term and long-term objectives of the Company and its shareholders.
The Board has adopted a Compensation Committee Charter detailing the roles and responsibilities of the Committee, composition, meeting framework, resources and authority, and undertakings in order to carry out its oversight capabilities.
The Compensation Committee is comprised of three appointed members: Mr. Ali Sodagar, Mr. Ralph Proceviat, and Mr. Alex Tokman.
